can I add topamax to my mood stabilizers?

taking 50mg zoloft
300mg lamictal
.5mg clonazepam
10mg abilify
and zyprexa prn (about 1x week)
and gaining 1lb a week.
I want to either QUIT what's making me fat, or add something to make me less fat. probably too much to ask...
