What's the deal on Deplin?

Are there any neurotransmitters involved with Deplin seems I'm the only one on it with low dose luvox nothing so far. But if it's a B vitamin concenced why does it need an ad to do anything? Or doesn't it? And now there's a supplement for arthritis? What's that about. Anyone shed any insight? Thanks Phillipa
