The -caine (usually lidocaine) is safe, but if there are any of those vasoconstrictors involved, it's contraindicated. You'd be wise to address the question directly to the surgeon. You'd need more than a one-day washout. It's the MAO-B inhibition that's at issue, not the drug, per se.
