Thanks Phillipa, I thought that was the case.

I used to run. I think it kept depression at bay. Completely contraindicated now due to back :( Walking is easier on the body long term, but never gives me the high from running.

Yes, I'm almost certain that I'll be on Cymbalta very soon. You know how difficult med switches are for me to consider, but I'm off the fence now, ready to start next week if I get a green light. (That last sentence is very

Rainy season has started here. I feel very achy--lots of tiny ones, hands, feet, legs....

C-PTSD currently set to twitch. MDD and comorbid health issues. Chronic fatigue and pain.
