make sure thyroid is functioning (iodine intake, soy can affect it, for circulatory function, nutrion is important, so probably not that, but magnesium, vitamin k, dark chocolate, all good...), if you are quite lean, carb refeeds can be helpful...are you stressed? stress->sympathetic activation->vasoconstriction. ->do more meditation<-
yohimbe makes me hot and sweaty, might help (its bad if you have panic disorder, but good augmentor for anergic depression, also good for weight loss, sexual function)...else try a vasodilator like ginkgo....oh, if you're taking a stimulant, thats whats causing it
