I like them like as most people. Sugar is out of the question. Potassium.. I know that bananas are particularly rich in potassium, but i don't know. Does it suppose to cause these symptoms?

Fava beans and some fishes, comes to mind. I don't know about fishes, but both fava and ripe bananas are both reach in tyramine and l-dopa.
I know that tyramine neads a MAO-I to become psychoactive, so it could be the l-dopa... or perhaps the things they use for ripening, whetever these things are.
