Where are you exercising and what are you doing for exercise?

I found that walking outdoors did wonders before I was on medication. The "crash" you feel is the endorphins wearing off. Try using mental exercises to combat the feelings you're having. Force yourself to visually retrace your steps in your mind and how good you felt breathing the fresh air. It's worth a shot...

This is really strange..I can't find any answers to this researching and I don't think I will here either...unless someone has gone threw it..well that's all
