If you figure that one out you'd better patent it!!
My father used to for years tell me to just jog and I would feel better. The result was that I would get traumatized because I felt so guilty and lazy that I would hysterically cry for an hour or so and be even more immobilised. I guess that was my exorcise.
You'd figure after a few years he would have caught on. He still thinks it but stays quite mostly.He has mellowed.irene
