Alright Jaynee, I'm a little late, but I'll give it a go.....
1. Art - stop putting it off
2. Exercise - walk, weightlifting - 3xwk
3. Reduce - calories/portions/carbs/sugar
4. Appts - stop putting them off
5. Love - children/husband/...selfI'll let you know what positive steps I've taken next week to try and reach these goals!
