Hi Bobby,
Haven't posted in a while, not really knowing what to say. This last post puts a better picture on it.

Honestly, I think that legal recourse is your best option.

It sounds like you have a well with an iron, or some sort of mineral problem. Have you contacted a well company? Do you have any recourse in the contract you made with the seller? Was a home inspection performed, and do you have any way to challenge the inspection? Could the red water be a result of spring thaw bringing contaminants into a shallow well? Might it be a seasonal thing that you can treat seasonally? I don't know.... just questions I would be asking.

You certainly have every right to be angry. Wishing bad fortune on the one you are angry at though, might not help. If this person is driven into ruin, what resources will they have when compelled to make things right?

I will pray for you so that things can be made well again for you. Whether it involves in the seller having to dig a new and deeper well, or whatever else is necessary to make your home livable. I'll pray that you can continue to afford your lawyer, and that the seller will be made to pay his fee.

In the meantime, is there a way that you can filter the water? Or is it too bad for filters to help? Maybe you could at least filter your drinking water.

As far as Wicca and Witchcraft are concerned, one Goddess to whom you might pray is Coventina, who was a Goddess of water, associated with Wells, specifically the Coventina's Well in Carrawburgh, Northumbria. (Prayer and spells are basically the same thing, except that in spells, we put more physically into it.)

So, tonight, I will pray for you, that things will turn out right, and that you have a safe place to live with plenty of pure water. I will pray for the seller, that he might be moved to do the right thing. I will pray for your lawyer that he can effect a timely solution without costing you a great deal.

Curses no, but prayers or spells for justice and fairness are certainly a part of my faith.

Blessings,
--Dee
