I haven't heard of Keppra and don't know much about Wellbutrin except that it is also used for weight loss/ stop smoking, I think.
I strongly suggest you post your question on regular Psycho-Babble. There are lots of people there that know a great deal about meds and they are very nice and supportive. They could probably help you with your med. worries and make suggestions of other meds that won't cause side effects.
Having OCD, I really had lots of problems taking any meds at first, due to med. fears and side effects. I did get over these problems (they just went away by themselves), and now take them even when I get mild/moderate side effects.
Sorry, I don't know more about your meds.
