Step daughter's stuff is out of the house today! She actually came to pick it (mostly) all up. Would not come up the stairs so as she did not have to see me and pretend to be nice. I sat in the living room and held my breath for approx. 20 minutes.
Making me and My Dear Husband a chicken, coconut and mango pilau from scratch as celebratory dinner tonight.
Already have an appointment scheduled with the acupuncture-chiropractor dude tomorrow morning to untorque my back from this current state of twistedness. Yikes, what a week.
I like my hair.
My cat continues to love me and thank me in her cat ways.
I'm trying the writing thing - not happily, but as prescribed.
I'm going to a Girls' Night Out (or In, rather) to watch the original film version of "The Women" tomorrow evening. Thank goodness for friends who insist on drawing me out of my own house and knowing exactly when it's what I need.
