How open is she to seeing a psychiatrist and even getting rid of the vampirism ? Is it something she wants fixed or does she like it?
If she is really hearing voices it's something she will have to come clean about to the psych, although chances are i could still see him/her prescribing an anti-psychotic and then it's a matter of some sort of therapy to convince her mind that vampirism isn't right which a psychologist should be able to do.
Also if she is doing this with other people at school it may be nessesary to move to a different area and school to get her away from these people but of course that's not often easy or possible.
