My problem is, I read them all in the wrong order, and so alot of the "picture" had already been set for me.
I think the next two books are the strongest of the series.. the 4th is much weaker, and not all that great really. *washes my mouth out with soap for saying that about the wondrous Mr Pullman* Or maybe the romance in the next books is what carried me off and I missed the rest *L*
