Low blood sugar = anxiety.

Hey,

i have been doing a low carb diet and i never ate when i got anxious. I think i can stop the panic attacks effectively by eating complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread. It sounds too easy to be true. Maybe someone out there reading this has the same problem.
