I hadn't taken pantethine for a few years, and since it can act as an anti-inflammatory, I wanted to see if it would help my gastritis. Taking it orally irritated my stomach (it didn't have this effect on me pre-gastritis), so I decided to try taking it transdermally. Transdermal pantethine has done nothing for my gastritis, but it has improved my mood somewhat.
