Berberine

I was interested in this supplement for its broad spectrum effects. But more specifically, I am interested in its insulin sensitizing and antidepressant effects.

It is apparently an MAOI, reuptake inhibitor and a sigma agonist.

After one day, I am definitely feeling some improvement from it.

I'm not sure it can be used as a sole agent, but we'll see how things go.
