Glutathione Supplement opposed to NAC

I have some trouble with NAC initially. At first it makes me feel great, then after couple days i have suicide thoughts again.

Schizo-affective
700mg Seroquel
10 mg Zyprexa
15mg Remeron
1500mg Metformin
600mg NAC
2000mg Vitamin C
