Glutamate and Nmda, alternative antipsychotics

This Glutamate and nmda business confuses me.
Can anyone shed light on the substances above and their potential for schizophrenia positive and negative symptoms?
For some weird reason NAC made me pre-psychotic at higher doses.
Help me understand
Schizo-affective
Seasonal-Affective
Social Anxiety
some PTSD
some Inattentive ADS
300 Seroquel, 1200 Acetylcystein
40-50 mg Parnate
Contemplated: Prazosin for nighmaires
