Two months since I stated my intent, I have started. One capsule per day. 75mg.

Does this dose seem too low? I'd like to know what other have found the optimal dose.

I won't plunge ahead until I get a feel for it (for crying out loud, a nutrion powder with cucurim in some form kept me awake)! So I am cautious.
