> I just had some bloodwork done and the results showed that I have higher than normal levels of testosterone and DHEA sulfate. I am currently taking pristiq, remeron, and klonopin. I'm wondering if the meds could have anything to do with the high levels. Or could anxiety/depression cause the higher levels since the meds haven't made me feel better yet?>

I've wondered the same thing. I test high for DHEA at times and not at other times; testosterone and other hormones normal. I have anxiety and panic attacks as well as chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I think in my case the high DHEA might be related to an issue with my HPA axis being out of whack and not responding to stress very well. High DHEA can cause other symptoms as well such as arrythmias, but these can also be part of panic attacks. The chicken or the egg?
