I had an odd reaction with bacopa. I initially liked the alertness, it felt rather like gingko, but it made me a little quiet andover a few days timefound that I was a bit depressed. Not sad, but just a little sensitive to things I normally wouldn't be. I feel I get a better reaction with DMAE. I feel alert but more positive. It makes sleep a little weird, but manageable.
