omega mood contry life, great price, but the dose?

It was mentioned here that swanson sells omega mood at a good price. I ordered it assuming it was for the 90ct bottle I see in the store, no it's 180ct that they shipped me for 25$. I've stayed away from starting omega mood due to the cost but maybe I can afford it, if I take it as the bottle recogmends it's 12$/month. The only thing is all the ADHD research is using much higher doses.
