I can't seem to handle niacin in amounts above 200mg or so, so niacinamide is probably not good for me either.
I'm starting to think that the fatigue and brain fog were mostly due to not enough calories and magnesium deficiency. I've since upped my caloric intake and made sure to take magnesium glycinate 2-4 times a day. I'm getting my regular energy back. I tend to be pretty energetic as long as all the elements are in the right place. I must have gotten lax and forgot how important magnesium and proper nutrition are. But I'm still taking the oregano oil and black walnut hulls to ward off colds and flu. Knock on wood, I've switched to a much colder climate and have not gotten sick yet.
