Well, phosphatidyl serine is something that is hard to say much about.
It sounded promising to me. Cortisol?
But umm, I took a few bottles and never had much to say about it one way or the other.Larry Hoover somewhere reported that the bovine(?) form had some fractions missing from the soybean one.
