Hello, and welcome to Psycho-Babble. It's good to know that vitamin B6 and zinc should not be taken at the same time because they could form a compound and thus be depleted from the body. I was not aware of this, but I did know that patients with pyroluria are typically advised to take zinc and vitamin B6. How are the B complex and zinc supplements working out for you?
