Light Therapy Winter Depression

Posted by Lao Tzu on October 16, 2010, at 14:17:02

Has anyone here used light therapy for winter depression? How has it helped you? I find that antidepressants alone are not sufficient for seasonal affective disorder. I always feel better when there is some sun despite what the temperature outside is. On cloudy days I feel more depressed, so I start taking all these vitamins which don't help much unless there is some sunshine. Would appreciate any responses and if you use light therapy, which light boxes have you found work the best for you? Where should I buy from? Thanks.
