Remeron is not supposed to cause sexual side effects, but Anafranil could. The Anafranil might be the culprit. Rhodiola would help with energy, but I'm not sure if it is the right herb for libido. A better one would be gingko biloba. In fact, I was reading up on ginkgo, and it seems to be the top herb to take if you have decreased libido from antidepressants. You might do some research on ginkgo and you may want to ask your doctor or pharmacist if it's okay to take with your meds. Good luck!
