I think alot of this could be due to placebo effect. I, too, thought that my anxiety/depression symptoms were MG related. I stated taking Mg - started feeling better. Then, after a few weeks, I felt bad again. Did the Mg poop out? Did I take too much? Or did I expect the Mg to work--and so it worked for a while based on my expectation? I'm just not sure.
