Krill oil is similar to fish oil (many say superior), so you could try that instead. Even though it's more expensive, the recommended dosage is less and the pills are a lot smaller.

i was taking it in the morning, with breakfast, but i figured the long half-life might cause problems anyway.
off fish oil, my insomnia is just as bad, so i guess i can resume it with a clear conscience.
