i believe i was (though i am prone to placebo responses) - i felt a little sharper, and it helped clear some of the brain fog.

i was taking it in the morning, with breakfast, but i figured the long half-life might cause problems anyway.

off fish oil, my insomnia is just as bad, so i guess i can resume it with a clear conscience.
