Ionistol is kind hit or miss. But then, everything else is too, right? Meds, herbs, everything, all experimental.

It is certainly worth a try. I would not count on it all by itself however. Natural things work better in synergy. Consider combining it with 5htp and/or magnesium and/or glycine and/or taurine. Possibly some herbs as well, such as Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Valerian. If some pep is needed, add Siberian Ginseng, preferably the tincture made by HerbPharm, tons more effective than capsules. Cordyceps for energy is good too.

I think any treatment needs to be a well rounded comprehensive approach. Meds are not that. Inositol is not that.
