No, I can't tolerate glycinate or citrate forms of magnesium. No matter what others say, magnesium oxide does work. As far as its bioavailability, I can't say for sure. I just know that it does the job for me and probably would be beneficial for anyone looking to supplement with magnesium. Thanks for your post. I tried other forms of magnesium and I didn't like them.
