i'm kind of sceptical about mag-candida and candida in general, but transdermal seems ok, although dosing would be very tricky...its not going to 'build up' as it gets eliminated in kidneys, but the beneficial effects may build, as improved function of systems that need mg could cause gene level changes, neutrophic effects, etc. that will improve over time
