You could go to www.sjwinfo.org and search the archives there. It is a sjw forum with hundreds of people in the archives. I've seen most everything that is there.

I do remember one or two people saying they liked their liquid sjw. But for the most part, the consensus is to use standardized pills or capsules to get a relatively equal dose each time. With liquid there could be a great deal of variability from one batch to the next or one bottle to the next. The contents of liquids are not standardized or guaranteed. You don't know what you are getting. It all depends on the quality of the harvest that was soaked in alcohol to make that bottle.

Even with pills or capsules it is a trial and error thing just like with SSRI meds. Some people do great on high hyperforin brands and others become suicidal on them. Some people do great on high hypericin low hyperforin brands while others get no effect.

When a good brand is found that works for you, then what can also make a huge difference in how it works is whether you take it in the morning or at night, or whether you take it all in one dose or whether you spread it out over the day. These things make huge differences for a lot of people.

Just like meds, sjw can poopout. Just the opposite of logic, experienced sjw users have discovered that the way to correct poopout is to lower the dose.

So, it aint as easy as liquid versus pills. You just have to start somewhere and do trial and error, and hopefully get it right the first time. With liquid you are probably getting a wider spectrum of what the plant has, but you don't have any idea what it is from bottle to bottle. With pills you have a more accurate idea, though not completely accurate, of what you are getting.

All the clinical studies on sjw have used one these three brands:
Kira
Perika
Remotiv

None used liquids.
