I'm currently taking at least 500mg every day now. I get a 100g bulk tub. Its standardised to contain 20% icariin. Many products contain only 10% or less, or dont even standardise it.
If you wanna give it another go then why not try the stuff I use. Its very cheap & it works well for me. But then we're all different.
By the way, what meds are causing your sexual problems?
