When you mean tolerance, I guess that means needing to up the dosage, rather than it simply not working anymore at any dosage. I really like this herb, so far ( 2 weeks continual use) tolerance like that of opiate tolerance hasn't developed, if or when it does I'd try upping the dose, followed by breaks of not using it. Then try stacking it with other herbs.
( was fine with Rhodiola) Bear in mind that Vitex effects will vary from one day to the next, and throughout the day, by very nature of it's endocrine
actions.
