Digestive Enzymes

May sound crazy but these are helping me a lot. You can tell if you have digestive issues just by looking at what is coming out (along with IBS symptoms, etc.). Incomplete or poor digestion can rob you of important neuro precursors. I believe I am gluten intolerant and have been taking Enzymatica's Glutenease and Virastop along with a generic Pro-biotic.
If the gut isn't right not much else will be.
