Funny, I took it for it's energizing properties and boy, did it energize! I had to stop taking it.
Do you believe that Prozac is making you gain weight? Or is it making you hyper?

I know that the Rhodiola Rosea has an effect on me, as it seems to put me in a more 'calming' frame of mind. I have to take half a 500mg capsule, otherwise I will just fall asleep. The only real downside is Rhodiola Rosea causes me to have bad dreams, so again that is why I use the lower dose. Rhodiola Rosea is also supposed to have weight-loss properties, but I'll believe it when I see it!
