First, if you have low testosterone and expect any of these antidepressants to work halfway well for you, you are well, not so smart.
The aromatizing issue from testosterone can be dealt with if you know what you are doing. Mood swings from testosterone shots can be largely prevented by doing more frequent shots (weekly) with smaller dosages.
If you have tried a whole bunch of medicatons with no success, expand your mind. THINK! It may not entirely be mental illness. It may be a combination of mental illness with a medical condition like low testosterone, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid problems, type II diabetes, etc. etc. etc. Rotating from one psych med to another for years as so many do is stupid and benefits nobody.
