Hey Bleauberry. Pls forgive not quick followup.

Awakened ill on Mon and just now being able to keep food down.

I've read part of your post and it's wonderful.

Got afa folic acid. I've got a scrip for folic acid 1mg tablets.(?) The folic acid (as folate) is 400mcg.

I will respond more thoroughly asap. Finally got out to run 'lots of errands' and very tired.

Need rest and then reply. I apologize.
