Need help - want a fast acting mood stabilizer

Is there anything in the alternative treatment sphere that can help me with mood control? I currently take 100 mg lamictal, 20 g geodon, .25 mg requip and 20 mg prozac.
My pdoc is trying to get me up to 200 mg lamictal but I can't seem to do it; couldn't go up on the geodon either. Is there a natural remedy that might work?
