I searched the net for articals about glycine after reading your post, and after reading up on it, am thinking of trying it.
It counters the thing that releases the chemical that makes an anxiety attack happen, and has other benefits as well. They give it in ultra large doses to people with skitzophrenic outburst, to help prevent those outburst and other problems from happening.
I'm wondering how long you took it before you noticed any effects. Does it work right away, a few hours after you take it, or do you have to take it for weeks to feel anything?
