also while i'm on the subject, can anyone tell me if they found they were really tired on St John's Wort? I took for about a week and stopped cos I only had a weeks worth and I've been given some more now and 2 days in I find I get really tired in the evening. could this effect clear just like SSRI sfx? even the B complex doesn't seem strong enough to counteract this sedation
