NEED some info on herbs plse LARRY ?

hi guys

I havent been here for ages.... hope you remember me..

I am thinking of starting some herbs i am having severe anxiety at the moment i had my daughter 9 weeks ago..

i am so agitated, anxious, racing thoughts, cant calm down, and need some herbs as i dont want to go mind controlling drug way..

i was thinking of relora ? what effects does this have? what about Arsenicum album (Arsenicum, Ars) ?
