Ah, I see. Very interesting. I started amisulpride 25mg 2 weeks ago. I got a good feeling the first and second day. After that I got somnolence and unusually fatigued, and yet couldn't sleep well. At 50mg I again got a good feeling for a day, but then I got tremors, grinding my teeth, bad insomnia and bad sexual side effects, and all the good effects were gone. I can see why you would rotate it. I stopped it today. Not sure what to do now.
Have you tried selegiline? Also called deprenyl or selepryl? Since you respond well to that dopamine chemical, selegiline could be good.

> I would like to say that i was on amisulpride for a lot of years discontinuosly. It worked well for 2-3 day and than i should stop (1-2 weeks) and re-start to have the same effects. In fact a continuos assumption over the 3rd day gave me somnolence and dizzyness.

> So...amisulpride is currently my only possible choice. I was on every dosage from 12.5 mg to 200, but i didn't notioce great difference in the middle range. Only over 100 mg i got EPS (tremors, muscolar rigidity,...).
