Do you get problems with rashes, increased inner tension and irritation from this regimen?

Folic acid, B6 and MAO-inhibition increases histamine levels.

You may want to consider active B-vitamins:
methylfolate (metafolin), methyl-b12 and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active B6).
These are potent vitamins that should only be taken in RDA dosages. By using active vitamins in RDA dosages you may avoid excessive increase in histamin levels.
