Thanks, that's a nice looking link. But I never understood, why is my cholestreol low if I usually eat all the butter, cream, steak, etc I feel like? Perhaps I'm still not getting enough of the "good fats" and that's why? I wonder. Or maybe this fat squeezes the good kind over? I take fish oil, but probably don't eat nearly enough "real" fish.
