I did some research on uridine recently and discovered that it is not present in regular store-bought molasses. It only comes in sugar beet molasses, which is not fit for human consumption due to bitter taste. They feed it to livestock animals. Have you seen any information that shows it is in regular molasses? From what I gathered it only comes from sugar beets, not regular beets.

6 kilos per day? Isn't that about 12 pounds? Even if we had the right kind of molasses, I cannot imagine someone consuming 6 kilos a day.

I'm very interested in the uridine/omega3 combo, but it is looking to be impossible to accomplish.
