Hi Phillipa,

Yeah, SJW lowers blood levels of many meds. For example medications for the HIV virus. There are well documentated cases. If it were to lower lamictal levels, then a higher lamictal dose would be needed to compensate.

SJW mechanisms are complex and there are many mysteries.
