Body temperature

Posted by teejay on November 15, 2006, at 20:28:45

Hi all,

its been a while since tealady suggested I check myself for thyroid problems but today I took a step in the right direction by buying a thermometer.

I know I should take my temperature in the morning before rising, but you know how us big kids are with new toys!

I came in after driving home frommy friends and took a reading. 36.8 degrees which seemed a little low to me. I put it down to coming in from outside in the cold. I've now sat in the warm house for a couple of hours in front of my PC and drank a couple of mugs of coffee so though if I take the reading again it might be a bit higher. Wrong, its now 36.5 degrees.

Does that tell you guys anything? I will start from tomorrow morning taking my temperature on waking and will report the results here.
